Q. How do I access the exhibitor technical manual?
A. This manual will be available shortly and can be accessed through the Exhibitor Zone; login using the password sent to you via email and click on the link 'Technical Manual'.
Q. When will I receive my exhibitor badges?
A. Approximately two weeks prior to the event or if you need replacement/additional badges they can be obtained from 2pm onwards on Tuesday 5th October 2010.
Q. How do I access the PR and marketing guide?
A. This guide will be available shortly and can be accessed through the Exhibitor Zone; login using the password sent to you via email and click on the link 'PR & marketing guide'.
Q. I have lost/not received my password to access the exhibitor secure zone. What should I do?
A. Please complete the password request form on the Exhibitor Zone login page. Your password will then be emailed to you.
Q. My password to access the exhibitor secure zone isn't working. What should I do?

Q. I would like some help with marketing & PR in the run up to the show. What can I do?
A. Please refer to the PR & marketing guide (not yet live), accessed through the Exhibitor Zone, which contains essential information on how to maximise your investment at the show. Or alternatively contact the marketing team.
Q. How do I create my own page on the M&E website?
A. Our website attracts massive visitor traffic in the lead up to the show and we've made it easy for all our exhibitors to promote themselves and their new products. You can access your extranet page through the Exhibitor Zone using the password sent to you via email. For any queries regarding the extranet facility, please contact:

Q. Am I entitled to a free entry in the official M&E 2010 event guide?
A. Yes, as an exhibitor at M&E you are entitled to a free entry in the official show guide, which is distributed free of charge to all pre-registered visitors. Please refer to the PR & marketing guide, accessed through the Exhibitor Zone (not yet live), for further details.
Q. Can I submit press releases to appear on the M&E 2010 website?

Q. Can I nominate my important clients for VIP status?
A. Yes, you can nominate 10 of your most important clients to be automatically upgraded to premier visitor status. Please refer to the PR & marketing guide, accessed through the Exhibitor Zone (not yet live), for further details.
Q. When will I receive my contractor passes?
A. Approximately three weeks prior to the event.
Q. What should I do if the details on my badges are incorrect?
A. When you arrive onsite, the badge query desk can amend any details and print off a revised version of your badge.
Q. What are the build up and break down times?
A. These dates will be confirmed in the Exhibitor Zone once the technical manual is live.
